SLOwly but Surely- Using Eduphoria Applications to Design Student Learning Objectives
Research has shown that using data to set goals for student growth leads to greater academic growth and performance by students. SLOs provide a way for teachers to measure students’ progress while improving their instructional practice. In this session, participants will learn how to use data from Aware to choose skills for the focus of their SLO. Time will also be devoted to demonstrating how to collect and monitor progress on these goals in Strive.
Moving Past Analysis Paralysis: Using Data to Design Intervention
Data analysis is a critical piece to improving student learning, but to be effective, it must result in a change in practice. Join me in this session to engage in protocols that help move from just looking at data to acting on data.

In this session we will experience a protocol designed to help PLC’s dive into student work in order to make instructional decisions or plan intervention. We will also explore how student work can be tracked in Aware’s portfolios and how to plan for students feedback.
Making Writing a Cornerstone of Your Classroom
